Return eligibility

You can return your NOHRT order within 30 days.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Your return request is submitted within the eligible timeframe
• Sale items or gift cards are not eligible for return unless defective

 Exchanges

Want a different color or pattern? You’re welcome to return your product and place a new order for the one you love.

If your product arrived damaged or defective, we’ll send a replacement free of charge — just contact us and we’ll make it right.

Refund process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).
