Return eligibility
We want you to feel completely confident when ordering from NOHRT. If your blanket isn’t quite right, we make returning or exchanging it easy — no hassle, no stress.
You can return your NOHRT order within:

30 days – according to our satisfaction guarantee
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Your return request is submitted within the eligible timeframe

Sale items or gift cards are not eligible for return unless defective
Exchanges
Want a different color or pattern? You’re welcome to return your product and place a new order for the one you love.
If your product arrived damaged or defective, we’ll send a replacement free of charge — just contact us and we’ll make it right.
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).
How to start a return
Please contact our support team at support@nohtr.store with your order number and reason for return. You’ll receive detailed return instructions within 24 hours.
